I have been working in automation and process control in industrial engineering for more than 20 years.
From the beginning there have been a number of essential books that I have gone to whenever I have needed to find information or solve a technical problem. It is true that for these issues there is the Internet, but I think it is basic to have a good library of essential that concentrates all the necessary information that a good process control engineer needs. This will make our task easier and will prevent us from getting lost in the extensive information network, from spending time contrasting information, verifying sources, solving contradictions between different websites...
Here I present you what I would have liked to have when I started and which I am sure you will find very useful: a complete list of the indispensable instrumentation books that every professional in process control engineering must have.
There are several specialized bookstores where we can find these books, however I leave you the Amazon reference since it is an easy, safe and comfortable way to find them.
